Wings were larger than average, very crispy, and LOADED with sauce! I had the Garlic Parmesan, and asked for the waffle fries to be crispy, I was alerted to the slightly long wait (20-25), which I had no problem with. Food came out fresh from the fryer! I can understand the numerous awards for best wings in the area!!!

By far the best wings in town! Actually, everything on the menu is fantastic. Friendly staff food cooked fresh to order so you might have a little wait but ti's well worth it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I have!

Don't judge this place by the building. Great food and great service! It's definitely a place to come get some comfort food bring your appetite.

Great wings!!!! Teriyaki wings were good and Habanero was burning. App fried pickles wss good but had to pay xtra for ranch. Fried pickles should come with ranch automatically.

EXCELLENT food. Don't let the appearance fool you. There is a reason it is hard to find parking, because it is worth it. And yes there really is a Rachel, Shevis smoking hot as her wings

We absolutely love it here! The food is so good and the service is wonderful! We really liked the garlic parmesan wings, parmesan fries and the Philly brisket was to die for! Definitely recommend giving this place a try! We will be returning.

Small inside but huge outdoor area.Great wings. Cooked perfectly to my order . Fried okra and fried mushrooms we're great. Service was good you walk up to counter inside to order if sitting inside. Bathrooms were clean.

We ordered the twenty wings and friend dill pickle chips. My goodness! What a lot of food was delivered to our table! The garlic parmesan wings were savory, crunchy and oh so buttery. My brother loved the terriaki wings and the pickle chips we're perfectly salty, sour and savory.If I add to give a negative, it would be how crowded the whole place was. Huge to go orders were leaving non-stop as well as quite turnover tables of very satisfied customers.Definitely a special stop to visit again.Rachel's wing shack is off the chain!

What's not to love about Rachel's Wing Shack? You might leave smelling like a piece of fried chicken, but the food and the cold beer make it absolutely worth it!

Food is very good here. Wings are always delicious. Their fried pickles and fried mushrooms are out of this world. Nothing greasy at all and they apparently always use fresh oil. Their tri-potato salad and briscuit are to die for.

Great food. It is a shack, so seating is very rustic, plates are paper, and utensils plastic. Many people do take-out.

The wings are fantastic. Probably the best I ever had. But when we wanted to share a combo, they said we couldn't. That is just ridiculous. If we took it to go we could share it. But we can't share it there. But we were able to share just wings. Kinda silly. Because they lost a little money.

The interior of the building is a absolute mess, the floors are sticky and there is dirt and grime on all of the surfaces. I had ordered a 1lb batch of parmesan garlic wings, which were ok (they hit all the technical marks for qualification as parmesan garlic wings) but I got incredibly sick a few hours later after eating them. The other people who had some of the wings with me also reported illnesses. Overall, the food is ok, not great but it seems to be a ok value, their hygiene standards need a massive improvement before someone thinks to call the health department.

Stopped Saturday night and managed to get a table inside. Excellent wings and good bar-b-que - good pork and brisket. They were very busy but mostly carry out orders and the kitchen was doing a good job getting the food out.

The wings taste more like cat then chicken. The sauces are good yet it is too expensive for the amount of wings you get. Well, you don't get wings just bits of random meat

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I've tried to be passive about this but everytime I have ordered wings they are always WAY over cooked! All are nearly burnt to a hard crisp. I know they are always busy and their portions are very generous. But I will not be ordering wings from them again. Sad coming from a store with wings in the name.

This is the best place for wings in central Florida. Many flavors to choose from. Wings are perfectly cooked, and delicious. There's always a line but goes by quickly. Parking is small but people line the streets. I've never made it inside to dine, I always call ahead. Really, I've had wings all over the country and Rachel's ranks near the top of the List!

This lone tall Texan use to brag we had the best brisket, this place has me questioning my sanity!It was without a doubt the juiciest and most tender brisket I've had in my life, will definitely be back!

This is my 5th time here. I got so excited 😁 for the outdoor eating we made the trip from Jacksonville Florida and our Son/his wife from Kingsland Ga to try the wings for the first time. The staff from Rachel the owner all the way around are the sweetest, hard working and professional people you can ever meet at a Resturant. I call them friends bc we Love the food, people and place. Kudos yall are rocking this Covid 19 mess too.

They have the best fried chicken livers and gizzards.

So I ordered 10 with FF and drink around $12.50 including tax. The chicken wings was good. I order the “sweet heat” but it really wasn’t sweet and there really wasn’t no heat. But the favor was ok. I would try other sauces they have. But I would come back here though. So 8/10 for me 👌🏾

Best wings and brisket in town! I would give them 5 stars, except they arbitrarily change the policy each time I call in, so I stopped going as a result. I used to be able to order 50 wings, all drums, and split them into 5 different flavors. The next time I ordered 5 flavors, they charged me the 10-piece price (×5) to split them 5 ways, without even telling me! Now you can only split 50 wings, 2 different ways. Most recently I tried ordering 50 drums and they told me I couldn't, even though they charge an extra $1.00 per every 10 drums. That was the last straw for me, which sucks, after I recommended this place to others.

Always great service and food. Portions are always larger than you would expect. Always packed wall-to-wall with customers at peak meal times.

I know they're known for the wings (which are fantastic, don't get me wrong), but Rachel's cheeseburgers are the best in Central Florida! Way better than the Airport restaurant, Johnny Rockets or any of the other nearby options. Rachel's lunch combos and boneless wings by the pound make her restaurant the best kept secret in Volusia County, if not all of Central Florida. The only downside are the wait times and the limited indoor seating, but trust me, it is beyond worth it!

It's super bowl Sunday I wanted wings so called to order . Was told I had to order at least 50. There's only 2 of us and order 10 and still have 2 many . As much as I love this place unless we have company I will not be ordering again
