They have catering menu yes. However I dont believe they offer onsite catering service.

Yes they do. If you haven't already ordered or called ahead it doesn't take very long to wait. There's always an option yo sit and have a drink while waiting. Great wings are worth waiting for. 😋

I have never had bad customer service here. Are they busy at peak times and working hard? Absolutely. Perhaps you took the pace of a small busy restaurant the wrong way.
